Project Manager II

We’re looking for an Operations Process Manager to drive content production workflows, manage cross-functional projects, and improve operational efficiency. This role ensures seamless execution from content creation through compliance review, delivery, and performance tracking.Key ResponsibilitiesContent Production & WorkflowOwn end-to-end content activation (concept, review, approval, delivery) across multiple asset typesCoordinate timelines across creative, editorial, compliance, and distribution teamsManage CMS submissions and track assets through medical/regulatory reviewProject & Systems ManagementAdminister and optimize project workflows in Monday.comTrack timelines, dependencies, and risks; escalate issues as neededMaintain SOPs and lead team workflow/status meetingsVendors, Platforms & DistributionCoordinate with IT on platform updates and enhancementsManage external vendors (writers, designers, production partners)Oversee digital/print distribution and email campaigns (Mailchimp or similar)Reporting & OperationsManage stakeholder communications and issue triageTrack budgets, invoices, and operational spendMaintain production metrics (turnaround time, revisions, resources) and support KPI reportingQualificationsRequiredBachelor’s degree + 3–6 years in project/process managementExperience managing multiple projects with competing deadlinesStrong proficiency in Monday.com (or similar tools) and workflow automationExperience with content production and compliance review processesProficiency in Adobe tools and email marketing platformsAdvanced Microsoft Office skillsStrong communication, organization, and problem-solving skillsPreferredPharma, biotech, or life sciences experienceFamiliarity with regulatory review (MRC/PRC)Experience with Veeva Vault or similar CMSExperience with virtual event platforms and workflow automationCore SkillsHighly organized with strong attention to detailAble to manage competing priorities in fast-paced environmentsCollaborative, adaptable, and solutions-orientedStrong meeting facilitation and cross-functional communication skills #MSPTalent At Advanced Group, our commitment to diversity and inclusion in every part of our organization is crucial to fulfilling our mission and demonstrating our REAL values.
