Candidate will be responsible for working with multiple stakeholders across the Enterprise to help generate requirements for effective information systems; develop computer architecture plans based on these requirements; support development of project schedules; work with supply chain to procure hardware; and support the installation and deployment and sustainment of these networks. This position is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the operational aspects of one or more projects and serves as the liaison between project management, senior management, and customer representatives regarding operational issues, scheduling requirements and/or budgeting issues. Primary work location is Poway, CA, but candidate will support the above responsibilities for GA-ASI’s planned expansion at sites across the country.\n\nDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nCreate project plan and manage resources to ensure project schedule, budget, quality, and specific goals are attained\nCollaborate with management and project teams\nOversee and monitor project schedule, timelines, and milestones from initiation to delivery to meet delivery goals\nManage the coordination of departmental and/or cross-functional teams to assign and prioritize tasks focused on delivering new or upgrading existing products and/or services\nInterpret company-wide policies and procedures as they relate to the project.\nDevelop and deliver progress reports\nDevelop presentation to internal and external audiences as needed\nProvide leadership, direction and guidance to employees working on assigned project.\nEffectively communicate project expectations and objectives to team members and stakeholders in a timely fashion.\nAnalyze the current infrastructure and develop requirements and processes for improvement\nContinually reviews status of the projects and budgets to ensure projects are completed within budget.\nInterpret and administer policies and procedures that impact project(s).\nParticipate in, lead segments of or provide overall management for the request for proposal (RFP) process to generate new business.\nMaintain the strict confidentiality of sensitive information.\nResponsible for ensuring all laws, regulations and other applicable obligations are observed wherever and whenever business is conducted on behalf of the Company.\nResponsible for ensuring work is accomplished in a safe manner in accordance with established operating procedures and practices.\nOther duties as assigned or required.\nWe recognize and appreciate the value and contributions of individuals with diverse backgrounds and experiences and welcome all qualified individuals to apply.\n\nJob Qualifications\nTypically requires a bachelors degree or masters in a technical discipline from an accredited institution and progressive engineering experience as follows; fifteen or more years of experience with a bachelors degree, thirteen or more years of experience with a masters degree, or ten or more years with a PhD.
