The Role:
Our team is seeking a Recovery Coach to provide the social and emotional support that aid in recovery to members who are receiving treatment services in the organization.
What you will do:
Demonstrating and communicating the core values of Better Life Partners
Providing peer counseling to individual members and their families
Provide case management for members, ensuring proper communication with all involved in the recovery process
Provide member navigation and care coordination as a part of Maine's Opioid Health Home program at BLP
Facilitating support groups and raising awareness of Better Life Partners in the community
Collaborating with colleagues, leadership and community partners
Identifying new and existing resources for our members
Adhering to professional and ethical work standards
Maintaining compliance with Federal, state and local regulations
Attending and engaging in regular training and company meetings
Qualifications for a Recovery Coach:
Completion of Recovery Coach training required
Willingness to occasionally travel locally (within ME)
Excellent time management and strong attention to detail
Exceptionally strong work ethic
Team player with an “all hands on deck” attitude, organized/able to multitask
You are a good fit if you have:
Completion of Recovery Coach training required
Self starter
CRSW greatly preferred
Willingness to travel within Maine to community partner locations

This is a hybrid position. Services are provided both in-person and remotely.
Hybrid position requirements:
Must have a valid driver’s license.
Must be willing to travel locally within the communities we serve.
Must have internet service with minimum upload/download ability.
Company will provide equipment (laptop, monitor, keyboard, mouse and headset) plus a remote work stipend.
Must have a quiet space to speak to members with minimal background noise.
Must understand the importance of protected health information and ensure any data/information is not visible to others.
This is a full-time, non-exempt (hourly) position. The starting range for this position is $18.53 - $24.63 per hour + equity + benefits. The final compensation package is influenced by various factors such as experience, education, degrees earned, market data, and business requirements.
