Knowing that complementary skills create force multiplication and drive mission success.\r\nDescription\r\nAs an Executive Assistant, you will provide focused, high-impact administrative support with an emphasis on travel support & coordination, executive scheduling, HQ visitor facilitation, and internal meeting and event support. This role requires a calm, self-directed professional who is comfortable operating independently with minimal day-to-day oversight and who exercises sound judgment, discretion, and flexibility. The position supports a highly variable workload: there will be periods of high activity, including travel sprints that may require extended or off-hours availability, balanced by less intensive weeks with limited demands. Success in this role comes from being adaptable, composed, and reliable; able to step in decisively when needed while remaining comfortable with autonomy and less direction when the pace is light. This role is best suited for someone who values stability, consistency, and execution excellence, and who is motivated by enabling others to perform at their best rather than high touch and constant engagement.\r\nResponsibilities\r\nCoordinate complex domestic and international travel with detailed itineraries.\r\nCoordinate meetings, manage schedules, make appointments, manage expense reports, and provide other general assistance as required\r\nServe as a liaison for external partners and internal teams for scheduling.\r\nEnsure communications are clear, thorough, and specific, with attention to follow-through.\r\nExhibit a strong attention to detail, ability to adapt to daily schedules and routines, and a focus on efficiency without sacrificing quality.\r\nPerform potentially confidential and complex administrative duties involving Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, including typing letters, creating/updating spreadsheets, and compiling presentations.\r\nProvide project management and maintain momentum on high-priority projects.\r\nCoordinate logistics for external meetings, including decks and agendas\r\nAssist the executive team on long-term projects and strategic initiatives.\r\nBasic Qualifications\r\n3 - 5 years of senior-level administrative support experience\r\nAbility to travel if needed\r\nPreferred Skills and Experience\r\nBachelor's degree\r\nExperience working in the Aerospace industry\r\nExperience working in a fast-paced, start-up environment\r\nExperience using JIRA, CRM software, and/or other project management systems\r\nFamiliarity or experience with the aerospace industry\r\nAdvanced skills with Microsoft Office\r\nAgility and flexibility in response to changing priorities and needs\r\nSolution-oriented with good judgment\r\nStrong written and oral communication skills\r\nThe ability to handle confidential material with the utmost discretion\r\nPeople-oriented (and high-empathy) with an aptitude for building relationships across all levels of an organization\r\nWilling and excited to pitch in wherever necessary in the spirit of supporting the company's mission and growth\r\nAdditional Requirements\r\nThis is an on-site position located in Long Beach, CA.\r\nAbility to sit or stand for extended periods of time\r\nAbility to use a computer to complete assignments\r\nAbility to communicate with individuals and groups in person, by phone, and via telepresence\r\nWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee will typically work in an office environment\r\nTravel of 25% - 50% of the time may be required in this role and includes local company sites, domestic, and international locations\r\n$95,000 - $125,000 a year\r\nThis is the lowest-to-highest compensation range we reasonably and in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future.
