The individual will work directly with our Communications Director and staff team to ensure all day-to-day operations of the Communications team are planned and executed.This position is ideal for anyone who is pursuing a career in communications, journalism, or marketing – and is looking to gain valuable hands-on experience in a non-profit environment. The candidate must be able to work on-site in Hoboken, NJ and must be eligible to work in the United States.QUALIFICATIONSIntroductory knowledge of basic communication/journalism principlesFamiliarity with major social media platformsComfortable with Excel/Google SheetsDetail and task-orientedAbility to multitask and balance multiple projects at onceKnowledge of Google Ads/Analytics platforms is a plusRESPONSIBILITIESManaging social and live media schedulesIdeating and executing social media and/or blog postsCopywriting for various website, app, social media, and live communicationAssisting Communications Director with Press ReleasesCapturing live footage of eventsEnsuring all social media, web, and app pages are up to dateSCHEDULEMay 26 - August 13, 202615 - 20 hours per week depending on candidateCOMPENSATION PACKAGE$500 stipend at the end of the internshipJ-18808-Ljbffr
