Projects include Hospitals, Laboratories, Higher Education, Embassies, Corporate Headquarters, Multi-Family Residential, K-12, Senior Living, Civic, Cultural, Hospitality, Retail, and Master Planning.\nKey Responsibilities:\nAs a Project Manager/Senior Mechanical Design Engineer at Interface, you will be taking ownership as a project manager on multiple projects and play an essential role in the consulting, coordination, and completion of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems design. This position involves overseeing the planning and design of MEP systems to ensure they meet project specifications, budgets, building codes, and deadlines. Your duties will include (but may not be limited to):\n1. Project planning and design:\nCollaborate with architects, owners, and other engineers to develop project plans, including scope, budget, and timeline.\nConduct feasibility studies and site assessments to identify potential risks and limitations.\nAssists in the design of our projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.\n2. Project Implementation and Management:\nCoordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely completion of project milestones.\nMonitor and track project progress, identify and mitigate any issues or risks that may arise.\nConduct regular site inspections to ensure construction activities comply with project plans and quality standards.\n3. Quality Assurance and Documentation:\nDevelop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure project specifications are met.\nConduct regular inspections and audits to verify compliance with industry standards and best practices.\nPrepare and maintain project documents, including progress reports and meeting notes.\nCollaborate with project team to complete post-construction reviews and lessons learned.\n4.
