Key Responsibilities: Patient Assessments: Conduct comprehensive evaluations to determine each patient’s needs. Customized Treatment Plans: Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support patients in their recovery process. Collaborative Care: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including MD’s, Surgeons and nursing staff, to provide patient care. Monitor and Document Progress: Maintain accurate records of patient progress, updating treatment plans as necessary to meet regulatory and facility standards. Patient and Family Education: Educate patients and their families on recovery plan etc. Qualifications: *Must have Cerner, IV Skills, travel experience and acute care experience!* Active Licensed Vocational Nurse (RN) license in California in good standings. 2 Years’ Experience in an acute care unit. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-centered approach to care. BLS (Basic Life Support) Why Bakersfield, CA?
