Serving in this position facilitates ministry activities and contributes to OB’s Biblical mission to extend a helping hand in Christ’s name to meet physical and spiritual needs.\n\nThe salary range for this position is $51,700-$55,000 annually. Final compensation within this range will be determined based on a combination of education, relevant experience, and demonstrated skills aligned with the role requirements.\n\nThe successful candidate will have the following qualifications:\n1-3 years of experience in web development and design\nStrong working knowledge of email marketing platforms and best practices\nProficient in Internet production tools\nWorking knowledge of ASP, HTML, XML, Visual Basic or Java desirable\nWorking knowledge in WooCommerce, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, UTM tracking, and website reporting tools.\nStrong oral and written communication skills\nExcellent ability to use design practices, modeling and system documentation\nOn-going ability to learn new methods and technologies and implement them\nFlexible with ability to work well under pressure and consistently meet deadlines\nSelf-motivated with ability to work independently and be an effective member of a creative team\nStrong project and time management skills with ability to prioritize work\nExcellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail\nStrong interpersonal skills with ability to establish effective rapport with all levels of management, staff and outside public\nDemonstrate life application of Biblical principles and practices in alignment with Operation Blessing's Christian mission\n\nOperation Blessing (OB) is a nonprofit humanitarian organization that provides strategic relief on an ongoing basis through core programs such as hunger relief, medical care, clean water, and disaster relief.
