Visit TextronSystems.com to read more about who we are and the products we make\\!\n\nAbout This Role\n\nTextron Systems, Uncrewed Air Systems, is seeking an organized and dependable individual to support the Integration Lab team in our Land and Air Systems division. In this role, you will assist the team with routine administrative and operational tasks under direct guidance. Responsibilities include helping process engineering purchase requests and expense reports, supporting basic inventory tracking, assisting with shipping and receiving of parts, coordinating with procurement and other Textron Systems departments as directed, and maintaining documents by following established configuration management procedures.\n\nAdditional responsibilities:\n\nAssist engineers with data consolidation of various projects\nWork with our Integrated Supply Chain to create and track material requisitions and inventory\nPurchase and track engineering equipment\nAssist management and leads with generating documentation to support the business line\nAssist with the configuration management of equipment\nManage Shelf-life inventories\nMaintain Calibrated Equipment inventories\nComplete Audits as required\nEnsure action items are worked and closed\nCoordinate and execute movement of material\nQuickly responding to the needs of our remote testing sites, including ordering, shipping, and tracking test equipment, spare hardware and consumables.\nAbility to work outside of normal working hours\nProvide logistic coordination for various events\nAssist in keeping lab clean, stocked and certifications up to date\n\nQualifications\n\nMust be self-motivated and proactive\nMust be a team player / Ability to collaborate well within a large team of multiple disciplines\nMust be able to multitask\nAbility to use general hand and powered, hand tools\nAbility to operate heavy machinery such as forklifts and overhead cranes\nMust have an active driver’s license\nPrevious experience with database systems such as SharePoint, JIRA and Microsoft Access is a plus\nMust have clear verbal and written communication skills\nMust be proficient in MS Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access)\nExperience with COLTS IMS a plus\nExperience with eMatrix or Teamcenter a plus\nExperience reading engineering drawings a plus\nEligible to obtain a security clearance\n\nHow We Care\n\nAt Textron Systems, our talented people make us successful.
