Turn Leader Reception Our Turn Leaders of Reception are the heart of the shift. They lead with the heart of a servant, bring energy to the team, and create an environment where guests feel truly attended. This position is responsible for managing the shift and keeping reception operations smooth, fast, and focused. From overseeing cash management and breaks to ensuring every station is staffed, the Turn Leaders keep everything flowing while delivering an exceptional guest experience. You will work closely with our managers to execute daily goals, maintain Chick-fil-A standards, and train and develop team members in real time.
