This is a senior profile. The person doesn't wait for complete specs to start working. They question, propose, and challenge the backlog. They think in terms of user value, not just lines of code. They can talk to stakeholders, read metrics, and take ownership of a feature end-to-end from technical decisions to delivery.Context:The team owns the partner integration platform the core product that onboards and connects network partners. The roadmap is dense with features to build, and the pace is high. This is not a maintenance role it's a greenfield, high-impact position at the heart of the product.Technical stack:Backend — PHP with Slim Framework, REST API design, complex business logic.Frontend — React and/or Vue.js, modern and performant UI integration.RequirementsAt least 5 years of experience with Symfony/Slim on backend and React or Vue on frontendFull autonomy — no hand-holding neededProactive mindset — proposes solutions rather than waiting to be told what to doReal product sensibility — thinks like a co-founder, not just an executorLeadership — able to drive technical decisions, structure the work, and bring the team forwardClient-facing — comfortable interacting directly with end clients when needed, with clarity and professionalismFluent English is mandatory — the person will work within an international team where not all developers are fully comfortable in English.
