Your pivotal role will entail orchestrating the project team through the entire spectrum of activities, from requirements elicitation and solution design to product setups and integration strategies. Ensuring excellence at every step, you will meticulously review deliverables and uphold quality assurance standards throughout the project lifecycle.\nAdditional responsibilities include mentoring junior consultants and imparting invaluable insights into industry best practices and implementation methodologies across all phases of the implementation process. Your guidance will be instrumental in nurturing talent and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within our team.\nDesired Skills & Experience:\nProven expertise with Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications including Order Management, Inventory, Costing, Purchasing, Manufacturing, PDH, Quality, and Planning.\nDemonstrated leadership and team management capabilities, encompassing strategic planning and oversight.\nMinimum of 5 years of hands-on experience within a professional services company.\nProficiency in the SaaS implementation lifecycle, spanning requirements gathering, process validation, design, CRP (Conference Room Pilots), configuration, build, and testing phases.\nExceptional interpersonal skills enabling effective interaction and expectation management with senior management stakeholders, project team members, and client representatives.\nCommitment to delivering high-quality outcomes and ensuring project success.\nStrong analytical acumen coupled with clear and concise communication abilities, as well as proficient planning and coordination skills.\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or related field.\n15+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle SCM modules, with a focus on Order Management.\nProven track record of leading and successfully delivering complex Oracle SCM implementation projects.\nStrong understanding of business processes related to supply chain and logistics.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction and team management.\nIn-depth knowledge of Oracle SCM functionalities, configurations, and integration with other modules.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nOracle Fusion SCM Certification(s).\nExperience in leading a team of SCM consultants on multiple implementation projects.\nKnowledge of related Oracle Cloud modules like Procurement, Inventory, and Costing.\nFamiliarity with industry-specific SCM requirements (e.g., retail, manufacturing, distribution).\nExperience with third-party integration tools and technologies.\nAbility to provide strategic guidance and contribute to the development of SCM roadmaps for clients.\nNote: The preferred qualifications are desirable but not mandatory for the position.\nThis Oracle SCM Solution Architect role is a senior-level position that requires a deep understanding of Oracle Fusion SCM modules and extensive experience in implementing solutions for clients.
