Job#: 3033599Job Description:Tech Program ManagerLocation: Indianapolis, Indiana (Remote)Role OverviewWe are seeking a Technical Program Manager to partner with leadership to drive strategy and execution for Supply Chain Modernization and Regulatory Automation initiatives. This role focuses on improving parts ordering, catalog modernization, and developing scalable regulatory solutions. The Technical Program Manager will operate independently to communicate with technical teams and executive leadership.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with leadership to define the technical strategy and roadmap for supply chain and regulatory programs.Lead initiatives focused on parts ordering and catalog modernization to address challenges like vendor part visibility and price comparison.Design systems that enable the identification of interchangeable parts, cost optimization, and increased automation.Support the automation of the end-to-end parts ordering workflow.Evolve regulatory support mechanisms into scalable solutions, incorporating AI where applicable.Serve as the liaison between engineering, product, supply chain, and regulatory teams.Build and maintain executive-level reporting and dashboards to communicate progress, risks, and outcomes.Manage multiple technical programs, defining scope, schedules, and deliverables.Ensure adherence to standards for Information Security Management (ISO/IEC 27001:2013) and Medical Device Quality Management (ISO 13485:2016).Required QualificationsExperience:3+ years of work experience in IT and software development, with demonstrated technical program management experience working with software engineering teams.Proven ability to deliver cross-functional technology programs involving software, data, and AI components.Experience working with data from Snowflake and using Power BI to combine technical data sources into executive insights.Ability to operate independently with minimal guidance.Must have an AI and automation mindset, with the ability to discuss how AI can improve workflows.Technical Skills:Experience with cloud platforms; Azure is required.Familiarity with Agile frameworks.Education:An Associate degree or equivalent experience is required.Preferred QualificationsBachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.SAFe Agile or a similar large-scale agile framework experience.Experience in Supply Chain Management (SCM), including parts pricing, vendor comparison, or procurement automation.Familiarity with LLM-based applications and AI solution delivery.Everforth Apex is a world-class IT services company that serves thousands of clients across the globe.
