This individual will partner with stakeholders, product teams, and engineering to gather requirements, define system functionality, and support the delivery of scalable, data-driven solutions.\r\nKey Responsibilities\r\n\r\n\r\nCollaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document detailed requirements\r\n\r\n\r\nTranslate business needs into functional and technical specifications for development teams\r\n\r\n\r\nFacilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and requirements sessions\r\n\r\n\r\nWork closely with engineering, QA, and product teams throughout the SDLC\r\n\r\n\r\nCreate user stories, process flows, wireframes, and acceptance criteria\r\n\r\n\r\nSupport system integration efforts, APIs, and data mapping initiatives\r\n\r\n\r\nPerform gap analysis, root cause analysis, and recommend process improvements\r\n\r\n\r\nAssist in UAT planning and execution, ensuring solutions meet business objectives\r\n\r\n\r\nDocument current and future-state processes and system workflows\r\n\r\n\r\nAct as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders\r\n\r\n\r\nRequirements \r\nRequired Qualifications\r\n\r\n\r\n5-7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with strong technical exposure\r\n\r\n\r\nExperience working in Agile/Scrum environments\r\n\r\n\r\nStrong understanding of SDLC, system integrations, and data flows\r\n\r\n\r\nProficiency in requirements gathering, documentation, and process modeling\r\n\r\n\r\nExperience with SQL and data analysis tools\r\n\r\n\r\nFamiliarity with APIs, web services, and system architecture concepts\r\n\r\n\r\nStrong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to business users\r\n\r\n\r\nOracle experience is a plus\r\n\r\n\r\nPreferred Qualifications\r\n\r\n\r\nExperience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar\r\n\r\n\r\nBackground in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)\r\n\r\n\r\nExperience working on data, BI, or analytics-focused projects\r\n\r\n\r\nExposure to automation, AI/ML, or digital transformation initiatives\r\n\r\n\r\nCertifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile certifications\r\n\r\n\r\nKey Skills\r\n\r\n\r\nRequirements gathering & documentation\r\n\r\n\r\nStakeholder management\r\n\r\n\r\nData analysis & SQL\r\n\r\n\r\nProcess improvement & workflow design\r\n\r\n\r\nAgile methodologies\r\n\r\n\r\nTechnical acumen (APIs, integrations, systems)\r\n\r\n\r\nTechnology Doesn't Change the World, People Do. \r\nRobert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
