Senior Finance Associate Purpose/ Summary Assist with monthly closing process and preparation of various financial reports. Essential Duties and Responsibilities may include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Support the Firm’s month-end closing process Prepare journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations. Prepare monthly financial reporting and P&L variance analysis Support various balance sheet and income statement analyses Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives Perform ad hoc requests as requested Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
