The ideal candidate will create comprehensive courses, ensure relevancy in training materials, and contribute to the development of doctrinal publications and warfighting concepts.\nThis Position is Contingent upon Contract Award to SkyBridge Tactical LLC\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nThe Curriculum Developer's Responsibilities include but are not limited to:\nDesign complete training materials encompassing tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) relevant to ground combat operations.\nDevelop full-length training courses and review existing instructional materials for relevance and effectiveness.\nIdentify and construct tactical architectures to support evolving warfighting concepts, capabilities, and techniques.\nCollaborate with designated organizations to develop and refine doctrinal publications, manuals, and system/equipment documentation.\nEnsure alignment of training content with current operational requirements, emerging threats, and evolving doctrine.\nWork closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) to integrate real-world operational experiences into training programs.\nMaintain consistency with military standards, instructional methodologies, and best practices for training development\n\nRequired Qualifications:\n\nExperience in curriculum development for military or defense-related training programs.\nKnowledge of ground combat operations, tactics, and doctrinal development.\nFamiliarity with instructional design models, learning management systems (LMS), and courseware development tools.\nAbility to collaborate with military personnel, stakeholders, and other training professionals.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\n\nPrior experience in military training development or doctrine writing.\nExperience working with the U.S. Marine Corps or other military branches\nKnowledge of Advanced Amphibious Assault platforms and systems.\nHave attended USMC Curriculum Developers Course\n\nSecurity Clearance Requirements:\n\nActive DoD Secret Clearance\n\nPhysical Requirements:\n\nNo Physical requirements\n\nDisclaimer:\n\nThe above information on this description has been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work performed by employees within this classification.
