If you want to be part of something that is genuinely moving fast, this is it.The RoleThis Process Engineer III sits in our Coating manufacturing area with a heavy controls focus. You will own PLC-controlled processes on the manufacturing floor, drive continuous improvement, and play a central role in new product and process implementations in a fully FDA and ISO regulated environment. This is a floor-based role with real ownership. If you spend more time at a desk than on the floor, this is probably not for you.What You Will Be DoingOwning and maintaining PLC-controlled manufacturing processes day to dayWriting and modifying ladder logic and structured text programs as processes evolveWorking with Allen-Bradley PLCs and FactoryTalk HMI interfacesLeading IQ/OQ/PQ equipment validations for new equipment and processesTroubleshooting equipment through hands-on root cause analysisDriving continuous improvement to reduce errors and improve yield and cycle timesPartnering with quality on CAPA investigations and audit deliverablesCoordinating Engineering Change Notices for process, material, and equipment changesWhat We Are Looking ForBachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Computer, or Chemical Engineering with 4 to 6 years of experience, or Master's with 2 to 4 yearsPLC programming experience with ladder logic as a baseline and structured text as a strong differentiatorExperience creating and maintaining control logic, function blocks, and HMI interfacesSystem integration experience across electrical, mechanical, and software domainsStrong problem-solving skills — SPC, root cause analysis, CAPA, process capabilityLean manufacturing experienceNice to HaveMedical device or regulated manufacturing environment experienceExperience specifying sensors, actuators, drives, and control hardwareCAD software familiarityCompensation and BenefitsBase salary up to $120,0007% annual bonusEquity participation, uncapped above targetFull medical, dental, and vision401K with employer contributionEmployee stock purchase planUnlimited PTO with 10 paid company holidaysTuition reimbursementStandard hours 7:30AM to 4:30PM
