lead data migration activities across the full Workday implementation lifecycle — from strategy and planning through testing, reconciliation, and production.You’ll work closely with client stakeholders, functional consultants, technical architects, and project leadership across Workday HCM, Payroll, and Finance implementations.ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end Workday data conversion workstreams from planning through go-liveDevelop conversion strategies, mapping requirements, workbooks, and project plansBuild and execute Workday data loads using EIB, Advanced Loads, and other Workday toolsLead Foundation, Configuration, End-to-End, Parallel, and Production conversion cyclesManage reconciliation, validation, data quality, and defect resolutionLead cutover planning, including data freezes, dependencies, sequencing, and readinessPartner with clients and internal teams to resolve complex conversion challengesCommunicate conversion status, risks, and dependencies to senior stakeholdersMentor junior conversion analysts and contribute to conversion methodology and best practicesSupport multiple concurrent Workday implementation workstreamsQualifications3+ years of Workday data conversion/loading experience, ideally in a lead capacityActive Workday Data Conversion and/or Data Loading certificationStrong experience with EIB, XSLT, Workday Customer Central, and Workday migration toolsExperience with SQL for data extraction and transformationExperience managing multiple workstreams in a fast-paced implementation environmentWorkday Financial Management
