You'll focus on adapting software and hardware for specific use cases, testing solutions in the field, and providing technical expertise to optimize system performance for complex tasks such as bin‑picking and item manipulation.\n\nYour Responsibilities\nWilling and able to travel up to three months\n\nDebug and resolve application‑level issues, collaborating with hardware and software teams as needed.\n\nAdapt and optimize robotic systems for specific client applications, including path planning, perception, and object manipulation.\n\nCreate and implement task‑specific workflows, configurations, and behaviors for robotic systems.\n\nDevelop user‑friendly interfaces and tools to simplify system operation for end‑users.\n\nOptimization\n\nConduct onsite testing of robotic applications to validate performance and ensure reliability.\n\nContinuously iterate on applications to meet evolving client needs and improve performance.\n\nProvide technical support and hands‑on training to clients and operators.\n\nCollaborate closely with clients to understand their unique challenges and deliver tailored solutions.\n\nDocument application workflows and create detailed user guides.\n\nQualifications & Requirements\n\n3+ years of experience in robotics application development or integration.\n\nStrong programming skills in Python and C++, with experience in task‑level software development.\n\nExperience working with clients to implement and refine robotic solutions.\n\nProficiency with ROS 2 and simulation tools like Gazebo or RViz.\n\nHands‑on experience with robotic arms, grippers, and vision systems.\n\nStrong understanding of motion planning, perception systems, and kinematics.\n\nAbility to troubleshoot and resolve application‑level issues in both lab and field settings.\n\nExperience dockerizing applications and deploying containerized solutions.\n\nWillingness and ability to travel domestic and internationally ≈25%\n\nWillingness and ability to travel internationally up to 3 months during your onboarding period.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nBase salary range: USD $125,000 – $200,000 (actual pay based on skills, experience, and location)\n\nMedical, dental, and vision insurance for you and your dependents\n\n401(k) with 100% company match\n\n20 days paid time off\n\nParental leave\n\nPaid sick leave\n\nWellness or gym stipend\n\nLearning and development support\n\nEquity/Bonus\n\nAdditional Information\n\nEmployment may be contingent upon a background check consistent with applicable law.\n\nWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
