Our Good Cause Charity Program empowers employees to donate to the charity of the month, with SCI matching contributions.\nJoin SCI and be part of a dynamic team that values your contributions and supports your growth.\nEssential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities Project planning and coordination including subcontractor procurement, sampling and health and safety plan development, project management support with client and regulatory interfacing\nUtility clearance coordination with one call (811) and private utility locators, clients, and contractors\nConduct geological field investigations and data collection\nAnalyze geological data and provide insights for project design\nPrepare technical reports and documentation for clients\nCollaborate with clients, engineers, and project managers, and ensure safety and compliance\nQualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Geology or related field\nAt least 5 years in geological investigations and project management\nProfessional Geologist (PG) License\nStrong oral and technical writing skills (required)\nValid U.S. Driver’s License and a satisfactory driving record for business travel (required)\nAbility to travel out of town for up to 1 week at a time (preferred)\nProficient in geological modeling and mapping software\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and technical writing skills\nAdditional Information Training: this position requires 40-hour OSHA health and safety, first aid, and CPR training and medical monitoring, paid for by the firm.
