{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"203803c1f5c6f41fc95ac103","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/203803c1f5c6f41fc95ac103","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/203803c1f5c6f41fc95ac103","title":"Processing Line Operator","description":"Upcycle Tech is looking for a result-driven Processing Line Operator to be responsible for all order related concerns.\nResponsibilities\nOverall Responsibility:\nPrepare parts, and set up, operate, or tend machines to coat a wide variety of metal products.\nKey Responsibilities:\nObserve machine gauges and equipment operation to detect defects or deviations from standards, and make adjustments as necessary.\nDetermine coating quality by performing visual inspections, or by using viscometers.\nWeigh or measure chemicals or coatings before adding them to machines.\nPrepare parts and setup and operate machines to coat products.\nTurn dials, handwheels, valves, or switches to regulate conveyor speeds, machine temperature, air pressure and circulation, and the flow or spray of coatings.\nStart and stop operation of machines, using levers or buttons.\nRecord operational data on specified forms.\nStart pumps to mix solutions and fill tanks.\nOperate auxiliary machines or equipment used in coating processes.\nFill hoppers, reservoirs, troughs, or pans with material used to process parts.\nPerform test runs to ensure that equipment is set up properly.\nClean machines, related equipment, and work areas, using water, solvents and other cleaning aids.\nThread or feed items or products through or around machine rollers and dryers.\nAttach hoses or nozzles to machines, using wrenches and pliers, and make adjustments to obtain the proper functionality.\nRemove materials, parts, or workpieces from racks, using hand tools.\nTransfer completed items or products from machines to drying or storage areas, using handcarts, handtrucks, or cranes.\nAttach and align machine parts such as rollers, guides, brushes, and blades, using hand tools.\nExamine, measure, weigh, or test sample products to ensure conformance to specifications.\nPerform any other incidental duties as may be required.\nQualifications\nEducation and Experience:\nGED/High School Diploma required.\nCompetencies:\nAccountability - Ability to accept responsibility and account for his/her actions.\nAccuracy - Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly.\nReliability - The trait of being dependable and trustworthy.\nSafety Awareness - Ability to identify and correct conditions that affect employee safety.\nDetail Oriented - Ability to pay attention to the minute details of a project or task.\nJob Types: Part-time, Full-time\nPay: $12.00 -
