The Part-Time Front Desk Associate is a game-changer in the life of a child. They are responsible for implementing & upholding the Aqua-Tots Core Values in every interaction, whether with children, parents, or staff members.
Starting pay : $18/hour

What this position is NOT: This is not a receptionist position
This is not a full-time position
This is not a seasonal or short-term position
Schedule Requirements Minimum of 3 shifts per week
At least 2 weekday afternoon/evening shifts (3:30–8:30 PM)
Job Requirements Must be 18 years or older
This is a front-facing position requiring constant interaction with families, children, and staff, and providing friendly, welcoming, and engaging greetings and support.
Must be able to stand and remain on your feet for the full shift
Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds when needed
Must be able to walk in and out of the heated pool room throughout the shift (temperature and humidity changes)
Must have strong computer proficiency and the ability to quickly learn new systems
Must be able to manage customer scheduling and navigate multiple computer programs simultaneously
Must be able to securely manage and remember multiple passwords
Must be capable of multitasking efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Must have strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
Must have excellent verbal communication and professional phone skills
Must be able to perform light cleaning duties, including mopping, wiping down surfaces, organizing, and taking out trash
Must be able to staff meetings and in-service trainings.
Must be dependable, punctual, and reliable
What You'll Do Greet customers with a warm, welcoming attitude
Communicate effectively with families and children
Build strong relationships—learn names, show you care
Answer phones, give tours, and explain swim programs
Enroll students and manage class schedules using our system
Resolve customer concerns with empathy and professionalism
Maintain a clean, friendly, and safe front desk and lobby
