You will help align product solutions with customer platforms and support a positive customer experience throughout the product lifecycle.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nDefine, plan, and manage projects and program plans with guidance from management and senior technical stakeholders\nApply project management principles effectively across small to large, cross‑functional initiatives\nLead programs of technical and organizational significance that span multiple engineering and business teams\nPartner with stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, or ways of working\nCreate and maintain program artifacts such as schedules, resource plans and forecasts, risk and issue logs\nCommunicate project status clearly and consistently, helping teams understand dependencies and priorities\nIdentify risks and issues throughout the program lifecycle and work collaboratively to develop mitigation or action plans\nCollaborate with core and execution teams to surface concerns, escalate when appropriate, and support corrective actions\nCollect, analyze, and share program performance data through dashboards and recurring status updates\n\nPreferred Experience\nDetail‑oriented with a strong sense of accountability for shared outcomes\nStrong organizational, problem‑solving, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills\nAbility to build effective working relationships and contribute both independently and as part of a team\nExperience involving team members in planning, decision‑making, and execution\nExperience mentoring, coaching, or influencing others is a plus\nComfort communicating with a variety of stakeholders, including senior leaders\nExperience working in matrixed or cross‑functional environments\nBackground in technical program management and customer or stakeholder relationship management\nCollaborative approach to problem solving and risk mitigation with Engineering, Program/Project Management, Business Units, Product Management, and external partners\nExperience with project management and collaboration tools (such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Office, or similar platforms)\n\nAcademic Credentials\nBachelor’s or master’s degree in computer engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent practical experience\nFormal project management training or hands‑on experience; certifications such as PMP or Scrum Master are a plus\n\nThis role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.\n\n#LI-DP1\n#LI-HYBRID\nQualifications:\nBenefits offered are described: AMD benefits at a glance.\n\nAMD does not accept unsolicited resumes from headhunters, recruitment agencies, or fee-based recruitment services.
