Customer Service Representative

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and professional B2B Customer Service & Sales Representative to support and grow relationships with business clients. This in-person role combines customer service, account support, and consultative sales. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with business decision-makers, identifying needs, and offering solutions that drive long-term partnerships and revenue growth. Key Responsibilities Meet with business clients in person to provide customer support and sales consultations Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective business accounts Identify client needs and recommend appropriate products or services Present offerings clearly and professionally to business owners, managers, and decision-makers Generate new business through upselling, cross-selling, and referrals Manage customer inquiries, concerns, and service issues efficiently Track interactions, orders, and account activity using CRM or internal systems Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing service Represent the company professionally at all times Qualifications Previous B2B sales or customer service experience preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills Professional demeanor and confidence in face-to-face meetings Ability to understand business needs and provide solution-based recommendations Organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven Comfortable working toward sales goals and performance metrics Proficient with basic computer systems and CRM tools What We’re Looking For Relationship-builder with a consultative sales approach Self-starter who can manage multiple business accounts Strong problem-solving and follow-through skills Someone who values long-term client success, not just one-time sales Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
