The Financial Analyst will report directly to the Director of Finance and will be responsible for financial modeling, forecasting, annual budgeting, and managing operational costs.\nResponsibilities Develop, maintain, and improve financial models to support strategic initiatives, business operations, and investment decisions.\nUtilize Workday Adaptive to prepare and analyze financial reports, identifying trends, variances, risks, and opportunities\nLead the annual budgeting process, including setting timelines, developing guidelines, coordinating with various departments, and preparing budget presentations\nProvide accurate forecasting of revenues and expenses to inform business leaders and support strategic planning\nTrack and analyze operational costs, identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements\nPresent complex financial information and concepts in a clear and concise manner to non-financial stakeholders\nPartner with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and recommendations to drive business performance\nQualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
