This role turns strategic direction into structured, well-run programs, keeping cross-functional work aligned, milestones on track, and stakeholders informed throughout.\nThe Program Lead also anchors DSOA's program team, guiding the coaching and curriculum functions and bringing order and momentum to complex, concurrent initiatives. Success in this role requires organizational discipline, sound judgment about priorities, and close partnership with Product, Member Success, Marketing, and Operations to deliver programs that are consistent, high quality, and designed to elevate the DSOA member experience.\nKey Responsibilities\nProgram Strategy & Execution\nKeep the member experience at the center of every program decision, ensuring initiatives are designed and delivered with member needs, feedback, and outcomes in mind.\nLead the design, implementation, and evaluation of DSOA's strategic programs, translating portfolio priorities and member needs into clear plans and deliverables.\nBreak complex initiatives into structured workstreams with defined scope, owners, timelines, and dependencies.\nAnticipate risks and dependencies early, and drive resolution before they affect delivery.\nEnsure programs adhere to organizational policies, standards, and budget parameters.\nProgram Delivery & Coordination\nCoordinate day-to-day execution across concurrent programs, monitoring milestones and keeping work moving on schedule.\nLead and support the Inner Circle program team, including the coaching, events, and curriculum functions, setting clear expectations and helping the team deliver consistently.\nManage program logistics, resources, and documentation so delivery stays smooth and repeatable.\nPartner with Operations and Member Success to ensure programs are executed reliably and deliver a seamless, high-quality member experience from launch through completion.\nStakeholder Collaboration & Communication\nCollaborate with stakeholders across Product, Revenue, Marketing, and Operations to optimize program impact, efficiency, and the member experience.\nProvide regular, clear progress updates that give leadership visibility into status, risks, and outcomes.\nServe as a central point of coordination, aligning cross-functional partners and contractors around shared goals and timelines.\nPerformance & Insights\nDevelop and track performance metrics that measure program health, member engagement, satisfaction, and impact.\nAnalyze program results and member feedback to understand the member experience and identify what's working and where to improve.\nEmbed post-program learning into future planning so each initiative builds on the last.\nAI Fluency & Improvement Mindset\nUse AI tools to streamline delivery workflows, summarize risks, or generate project artifacts.\nIdentify automation or process improvements that accelerate execution.\nChampion operational excellence and continuous improvement practices across teams.\nQualifications\nRequired Qualifications\n3+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably in a digital or membership-based environment.\nProven ability to plan and execute multiple concurrent initiatives on time and within scope and budget.\nStrong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with sound judgment about competing priorities.\nExcellent communication, facilitation, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.\nData-driven mindset with the ability to translate analytics and member feedback into program improvements.\nExperience with project management and reporting tools; comfort evaluating and adopting new tooling.\nA background in dance or familiarity with the studio world is a welcome plus; however, hands-on membership coaching experience and proven leadership carry greater weight.\nExperience using AI tools to accelerate work or improve operational efficiency.\nWhy This Role Matters\nThe Program Lead is where DSOA's strategy becomes reality for members.
