As a Program Case Manager/Driver on the Journeys team, you will play a meaningful, hands-on role in making that mission a reality each day. In this position, you will provide direct supervision and skill-building support to participants in Northeast Arc's community-based day and work supports program, while also taking responsibility for safely transporting participants to and from program sites and community locations. This is a role for someone who brings both a caring presence and a reliable sense of responsibility to their work, someone who understands that the journey matters just as much as the destination.\nResponsibilities\nProvide direct supervision and individualized support to participants in Northeast Arc's community-based day and work supports program\nComplete daily transportation runs for assigned participants in compliance with HST/MART/DDS regulations\nFacilitate skill development activities and meaningful opportunities tailored to participants' individual goals\nSupport participants at volunteer sites, work sites, and community outings\nMaintain accurate program records and daily documentation\nCommunicate effectively and respectfully with participants, their families, and program staff\nOperate program vehicles safely and in accordance with Northeast Arc and regulatory requirements\nCollaborate with the Program Director to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery\nQualifications\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent required\nA minimum of 1 year of experience working with individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities, or other related experience preferred\nExcellent organizational and interpersonal skills; effective communicator in both person and in writing\nTeam player who is flexible and able to adapt to a changing schedule\nAbility to communicate in English and/or ASL via direct communication\nWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office products and associated applications\nValid driver's license and reliable transportation required\nMust be able to stand and/or walk up to one hour uninterrupted\nMust successfully complete and pass all required background checks as a condition of employment.\nBenefits & Perks\nAt Northeast Arc, we offer a competitive and comprehensive benefits package that supports your well-being and growth.
