Role Description This is a part-time on-site role located in Newport Beach, CA. As a Wellness Experience Associate, you will assist in creating exceptional customer experiences by guiding clients through health and wellness activities, explaining wellness services and technologies, and addressing client inquiries. You will also be responsible for maintaining a welcoming and professional atmosphere, supporting wellness operations, and ensuring a smooth and engaging client experience. Qualifications Proficient in Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills, ensuring positive and engaging interactions with clients.Strong Communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate the benefits and use of wellness services and products.Knowledge or experience in Health & Wellness or Exercise Physiology is highly valuable.Passion for promoting holistic wellness and a proactive attitude toward learning about new biohacking and wellness technologies.Flexibility to work part-time hours, including weekends and evenings as needed.
