Candidates will be responsible for operating and monitoring manufacturing machinery while supporting battery assembly operations and ensuring quality production standards are met.\r\nKey Responsibilities:\r\nSet up and operate manufacturing machinery according to work orders and specifications\r\nPerform tooling changes and machine adjustments as needed\r\nMonitor machine performance and production output throughout runs\r\nConduct quality inspections and identify defects or inconsistencies\r\nRemove and document defective materials properly\r\nAssist maintenance with inspections and preventative maintenance tasks\r\nMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment\r\nFollow all safety procedures and PPE requirements\r\nRequired Qualifications:\r\nHigh School Diploma or GED\r\nPrevious machine operating experience in a manufacturing environment\r\nAbility to read and interpret blueprints\r\nAbility to read, write, and communicate effectively in English\r\nStrong attention to detail and visual inspection skills\r\nAbility to follow written and verbal instructions\r\nAbility to lift medium to heavy materials as needed\r\nMust be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship\r\nPreferred Experience:\r\n1+ year of machine operation or manufacturing experience\r\nExperience using hand and power tools\r\nFamiliarity with production or assembly environments\r\nTools & Equipment May Include:\r\nTorque guns\r\nAllen wrenches\r\nZip tie tools\r\nPliers\r\nHand scanners\r\nResistance probes\r\nIdeal Candidate:\r\nThe ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, safety-focused, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
