In this role you will be the lead and champion initiatives to provide a compliant and safe workplace for our employees. The EH&S Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain programs that drive overall safety and continuous improvement across the organization.\r\nResponsibilities\r\nChampion a safety-first mindset, fostering employee engagement and participation in EH&S programs.\r\nDevelop, implement, and sustain EH&S programs to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and PT Tech/Timken policies.\r\nMaintain compliance with all environmental applicable laws, regulations, permits, registrations, licenses, consents, customer requirements and internal standards.\r\nConduct workplace inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards.\r\nSupport open accident investigations and collaborate with teams to implement corrective actions through root cause analysis.\r\nTrack and analyze EH&S performance metrics and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.\r\nCoordinate safety committee, first responder and fire safety for maximum safety and efficiency.\r\nProvide training and education to employees on EH&S topics, protocols, and requirements.\r\nServe as a primary liaison with regulatory agencies during inspections, audits, and reporting.\r\nCollaborate with operations and leadership to integrate EH&S priorities into business processes.\r\nBasic Qualifications\r\nHigh School Diploma or GED\r\n2 years' experience in EH&S, Facilities Maintenance, Plant Engineering, or related roles.\r\nMust be eligible to work in the US.\r\nPreferred Qualifications and Skills\r\nAssociate's or Bachelor's in Industrial Hygiene, Environmental, or Occ Health, or a related field.\r\n5 years' experience in EHS Analyst, Representative, or related roles.\r\nOSHA 10 Certified\r\nInvolvement in managing OSHA compliance.\r\nExperience in maintaining and analyzing data in Gensuite software.\r\nProven competency in root cause problem solving techniques.\r\nExcellent analytical skills.\r\nAll qualified applicants shall be treated equally according to their individual qualifications, abilities, experiences and other employment standards.
