Our AT&T Team Members serve as trusted representatives in the community, engaging directly with customers, guiding them through their options, and ensuring every interaction reflects professionalism and genuine support. AT&T Team Member Responsibilities Represent our company and the brand professionally as an AT&T Team Member during face-to-face consultations with residential customers, ensuring positive and trustworthy interactions. Use consultative sales techniques to understand individual customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions that align with those needs and objectives. Facilitate sales presentations, assist customers through decision-making, and support the completion of sales transactions in person. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales progress, and any follow-up actions using internal systems and reporting tools. Participate in daily AT&T Team Member briefings, training sessions, and strategy discussions to stay informed and improve performance. Build strong customer relationships through exceptional service, ensuring satisfaction and encouraging long-term loyalty. AT&T Team Member Requirements High school diploma or GED required; additional education in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus. Previous experience in customer service, retail, or sales is preferred but not required — we provide training to help you succeed. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for helping customers and building rapport. Professional demeanor, positive attitude, and ability to represent our brand with integrity and respect as an AT&T Team Member. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a performance-driven environment.
