This role provides full full lifecycle project leadership from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring quality, safety, budget, and schedule goals are achieved.\nWhat You'll Do:\nStrategic Project Leadership\nLead large-scale, multi-site programs including ground-up builds, remodels, refreshes, and rollouts\nServe as the senior point of contact for national brand clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders\nEstablish project strategies that balance speed, quality, cost, and brand consistency\nPreconstruction & Planning\nOversee estimating, budgeting, scheduling, constructability reviews, and risk mitigation\nDrive value engineering and procurement strategies tailored to high-volume programs\nSupport contract negotiations, scope alignment, and subcontractor partnerships\nTeam Management & Mentorship\nLead and develop Project Managers, Engineers, and Superintendents across regions\nCreate clarity, accountability, and consistency across multiple active sites\nPartner with leadership on staffing, performance management, and growth planning\nBudget & Financial Oversight\nOwn program budgets, forecasts, cash flow, and margin performance\nReview and approve change orders, pay applications, and financial reporting\nOversee master schedules using Primavera and/or MS Project, ensuring schedule integrity across sites\nQuality & Safety Assurance\nEnsure strict adherence to brand standards, safety protocols, and quality expectations\nPromote a culture of safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement\nConduct site reviews and audits to ensure consistency across programs\nClient Relationship Management\nBuild trusted, long-term relationships with national brand clients\nProvide executive-level reporting, program dashboards, and performance insights\nLead closeout, lessons-learned reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives\nWhat You Bring:\nBachelor’s degree in Construction or related field or 10–15 years of progressive GC experience\nProven success delivering hospitality, QSR, grocery, retail, or fuel / c-store construction programs\nExperience managing high-volume, multi-site projects with tight schedules\nStrong understanding of construction means & methods, cost control, and scheduling\nProficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, and/or Primavera\nOSHA 30 (or ability to obtain)\nPMP, GC License, or LEED experience a plus\nConfident leader with strong communication and client-facing skills\nWhy Join Sevan?\nAt Sevan, we believe in creating a supportive and dynamic environment where your contributions truly matter.
