{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"1fdb345ff4f4a8424d5de06d","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/1fdb345ff4f4a8424d5de06d","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/1fdb345ff4f4a8424d5de06d","title":"Sales Coordinator","description":"Overview\nThe Sales Coordinator position is responsible for the timely and accurate processing of branch sales orders, in compliance with all Sharp Electronics policies and procedures\nResponsibilities\nSubmit and review credit applications for pre-approval of all deals, including \"cash\" deals\nObtain buy-out and trade-up quotes as needed\nCoordinate new customer file setup and existing customer profile maintenance with Master Data\nEnsure completeness and accuracy of order documents including leasing requirements and maintenance contract\nEnter orders in SAP ECC and CRM while ensuring the proper recognition of revenue in accordance with Company policy and GAAP\nCoordinate out-of-territory deliveries and ongoing service with proper dealers\nActs as liaison with Corporate National Accounts as orders warrant\nTracking and timely reporting of order status as per Sales Potential (ZOFT) report from entry to final invoicing\nCoordinate with leasing companies to ensure timely funding of lease transactions\nResponsible for ensuring complete and timely scanning of all customer documents.\nOversight of timely receipt of return authorizations for lease returns\nLease Portfolio Management and Reporting\nCoordinate with Contract Coordinator regarding issues related to billing, customer inquiries as well as assisting RMS with Accounts Receivable issue resolution.\nProvide administrative and system support for assigned sales representatives\nInternal and external questions from Service, Sales & Mgmt\nDocument management (Audit compliance, and to have organized/saved contracts, lease copies, negotiations, etc., for retrieval when requested by customer, SBS Leadership, or Sales Rep).\nEquipment creation (Common for MPS when the devices are pre-existing).\nOther duties as assigned.\n\nPosition Requirements\n1-3 years experience as an assistant in a sales organization or similar capacity in an administrative financing role\nHighly detail oriented with exceptional organizational skills\nProficiency in Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on Excel\nSuperb written and oral communications skills\nCollege degree preferred\nExperience with SAP preferred\nAbout Sharp Business Systems\nSharp Business Systems (SBS) is a direct sales division of Sharp Electronics Corporation, the U.S. based subsidiary of Japan's Sharp Corporation.
