We are a growing residential HVAC company seeking a highly organized, friendly, and detail-oriented Customer Service & Dispatch Coordinator to be the communication hub between our customers and technicians. This role is critical to keeping our daily service operations running smoothly while delivering an excellent customer experience.If you enjoy solving problems, staying organized in a fast-paced environment, and helping customers, we would love to meet you.Key ResponsibilitiesAnswer incoming service calls and assist customers with scheduling HVAC service and maintenanceDispatch technicians efficiently based on location, urgency, and skill setCommunicate job details, updates, and ETAs with technicians and customersCreate and manage service jobs within the dispatch software systemFollow up with customers regarding service, scheduling, and satisfactionMaintain accurate customer records and job notesAssist with invoicing, work order processing, and administrative tasksCoordinate with technicians to ensure daily schedules run smoothlyProvide excellent customer service and represent the company professionallyInside Sales and assisting Sales Techs with quotes and follow upQualificationsPrevious customer service, inside sales, account management, or dispatch experience preferredHVAC, plumbing, electrical, or home service industry experience is a plusStrong phone communication and interpersonal skillsHighly organized with strong attention to detailAbility to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environmentComfortable using computer systems, scheduling software, and emailPositive attitude and problem-solving mindsetSkills That Will Make You SuccessfulClear communication with both customers and techniciansAbility to stay calm and organized during busy service periodsStrong time management and scheduling abilitiesTeam-oriented mindsetPosition DetailsFull-timeMonday – Friday (with occasional seasonal schedule adjustments)Opportunity for growth within the companyBenefits (if applicable)Paid time offHoliday payTraining and development opportunitiesSupportive team environment
