These leads are provided to you through our CRM—this is not traditional cold calling.\n\nYour job is to connect with leads, make them feel comfortable, learn what they're looking for, qualify them based on our guidelines, and schedule qualified prospects for a consultation with one of our Beauty Consultants.\n\nThis role requires someone who genuinely enjoys talking to people. We're looking for a natural conversationalist who is warm, intuitive, quick on their feet, and able to build rapport without sounding scripted or pushy.\n\nResponsibilities\n\n* Make approximately *70 outbound phone calls per working day*\n* Consistently contact and follow up with leads provided through our CRM\n* Communicate with prospective clients by phone and text\n* Build genuine rapport and make prospective clients feel comfortable\n* Ask questions to understand each lead's needs, interests, and goals\n* Qualify leads according to Red Stiletto Studios guidelines\n* Schedule qualified leads for consultations with our Beauty Consultants\n* Follow up consistently with leads who aren't ready to schedule immediately\n* Maintain accurate notes, appointments, and lead statuses within the CRM\n* Follow our established communication and follow-up processes\n* Represent Red Stiletto Studios with warmth, confidence, enthusiasm, and professionalism\n\nWhat We're Looking For\n\nThe right person for this position is someone who can *talk to almost anyone*.\n\nYou don't need to sound like a salesperson.
