This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels in vendor communication, and ensures materials and services are sourced efficiently, accurately, and on schedule.\r\nResponsibilities:\r\nProcess purchase requisitions and convert them into purchase orders\r\nTrack and manage order status, delivery timelines, and backorders\r\nMaintain accurate vendor records, pricing, and contract information\r\nCoordinate with internal departments (operations, production, accounting, etc.) to align purchasing needs\r\nResolve discrepancies related to pricing, quantities, and invoicing\r\nAssist with sourcing new suppliers and obtaining competitive quotes\r\nMonitor inventory levels and reorder materials as needed\r\nEnsure compliance with procurement policies and standards\r\nPrepare purchasing reports, data summaries, and spend analysis\r\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives within procurement\r\nQualifications:\r\nPrevious experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, or related support role\r\nStrong attention to detail and accuracy\r\nExcellent communication and vendor relationship skills\r\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines\r\nProficiency in MS Office; experience with ERP systems preferred\r\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\r\nAbility to work fully on-site in Gardena, CA\r\nPreferred Skills:\r\nExperience in manufacturing, distribution, or similar environment\r\nKnowledge of procurement best practices, materials management, and vendor negotiation\r\nWhy Join Us:\r\nStable, on-site role with strong team support\r\nOpportunity to grow within procurement and supply chain\r\nBenefit offerings:include medical, dental, vision, additional voluntary benefits, 401K plan.
