You have an opportunity to personally thrive, make a difference and be part of a culture where individuality is noticed and valued every day.\n\nJava Developer\n\nAbout the Role\n\nAs a Java Developer, you'll play an integral role in building the roadmap of the company's technology strategy.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nDesigns, develop documents, tests and debugs new and existing software systems and/or applications.\nParticipates in full development life cycle including requirements analysis and design.\nParticipates in software design meetings and analyzes user needs to determine technical requirements.\nConsults with end user to prototype, refine, test and debug programs to meet needs.\nCreates technical specifications based on conceptual design and stated business requirements.\nServes as technical expert on development projects.\nIdentifies and evaluates new technologies for implementation.\nCreates/maintains documentation for software functionality; project planning; evaluations; budgeting, feedback and improvements.\nProvides estimates, budgets, project flow, client updates and meeting expectations along with keeping up to team aspirations.\nMinimizes risk, prepares for risk mitigation, keep project on track.\nManages user requirements; provides timely project updates.\nAnalyzes codes to find causes of errors and revise programs as needed.\nProvides feedback for performance appraisals of team members.\n\nRequirements\n\n7+ year of overall IT experience\n8+ years of working experience as a Java developer\nExperience with user interface design.\nKnowledge of performance testing frameworks including Mocha and Jest.\nExcellent troubleshooting skills.\n\nDesired Qualifications\nBachelors degree in computer science\n\nFlexible Working\n\nAt Conduent, we want you to be yourself.
