The ideal candidate will bring strong project management fundamentals, technical aptitude, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams while maintaining exceptional customer relationships.\n\nEssential Job Duties:\n\nLead program execution from development through manufacturing and customer delivery\nManage scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk, and delivery performance\nDevelop and maintain project schedules using Microsoft Project or similar tools\nCoordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, finance, and operations\nServe as the primary customer contact throughout the program lifecycle\nMonitor budgets, milestones, deliverables, and program performance\nLead customer and internal program review meetings\nManage program risks, issue resolution, and change requests\nReview contracts, statements of work, specifications, and customer requirements\nMaintain accurate schedules, reports, action items, and program documentation\nManage multiple concurrent programs and competing priorities\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives and future business opportunities\n\nMinimum Requirements:\n\nBachelor's degree preferred in Engineering, Business, Operations, Project Management, Manufacturing, or a related field\n5+ years of project or program management experience in manufacturing, engineering, aerospace/defense, medical device, or other technical environments\nExperience managing programs from development through production and delivery\nStrong customer-facing experience and relationship management skills\nExperience with scheduling, budgeting, risk management, resource planning, and change control\nProficiency with Microsoft Project or similar scheduling software\nStrong Excel, organizational, analytical, and communication skills\nProven ability to influence and coordinate cross-functional teams\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\n\nGovernment, federal, DoD, or prime contractor program experience\nAerospace, defense, medical device, or highly regulated manufacturing experience\nNew Product Development (NPD) or New Product Introduction (NPI) experience\nFamiliarity with ERP systems and project management tools\nPMP certification preferred\nLean or Six Sigma experience a plus\n\nPosition Benefits, Location, Pay & Schedule:\n\nEden Prairie, MN (Onsite)\nFull-time, Direct-Hire opportunity\nMonday-Friday schedule\nSalary: $85,000-$120,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications\nComprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability coverage, PTO, and retirement savings options\nOpportunity to work on technically complex programs in a collaborative environment\nStrong long-term growth potential\n\nTO APPLY:\n\nQualified candidates may apply by uploading their resume to this job posting.\n\nWe thank all interested applicants; however, only those selected for interviews will be contacted.\n\nTHE RIGHT STAFF wants to help you succeed!
