If you're passionate about this, we want to hear from you!\nAbout the Role\nMWH Is currently seeking a Large Diameter Pipe Superintendent, to join our large water/wastewater treatment facility project in Gresham, OR.\nThe Large Diameter Water Transmission Pipe Superintendent leads field construction for large diameter water transmission pipeline projects for public agency clients. This role provides hands-on supervision to ensure work is performed safely, on schedule, and in compliance with contract documents, regulatory requirements, and company safety and quality standards.\nPrimary Responsibilities\nSupervise daily field operations for large diameter water transmission pipeline installation.\nPlan and coordinate excavation, shoring, pipe installation, testing, and restoration activities.\nEnsure work complies with plans, specifications, permits, and Owner requirements.\nManage work sequencing to meet schedule milestones while minimizing public and traffic impacts.\nEnforce safety programs, OSHA requirements, and environmental compliance measures.\nCoordinate inspections, testing, disinfection, commissioning, and resolve quality issues.\nMonitor productivity, resources, and field conditions; communicate impacts to project management.\nServe as primary on-site contact with management, subcontractors, inspectors, and agency representatives.\nRequired Qualifications\n10+ years of heavy civil experience focused on large diameter water transmission pipelines.\nProven supervision of steel, ductile iron, PCCP, or HDPE pipeline installation.\nStrong knowledge of trenching, shoring, dewatering, and deep excavation.\nExperience with public agency contracts and regulatory requirements.\nStrong leadership, communication, and documentation skills with a commitment to safety and quality.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience on municipal water infrastructure projects.\nFamiliarity with pipeline testing, disinfection, and commissioning.\nOSHA 30, Trench Competent Person, Confined Space, and First Aid/CPR certifications.\nCompensation\nAnticipated yearly salary is budgeted at $120,000 - $150,000 a year for this part time position.\nBenefits\nGroup health & welfare benefits including options for medical, dental and vision\n100% Company Paid Benefits: Employee Life Insurance & Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D), Spouse and Dependent Life & AD&D, Short Term Disability (STD), Long Term Disability (LTD), Employee Assistance Program and Health Advocate\nVoluntary benefits at discounted group rates for accidents, critical illness, and hospital indemnity\nFlexible Time Off Program (includes vacation and personal time)\nPaid Sick and Safe Leave\nPaid Parental Leave Program\n10 Paid Holidays\n401(k) Plan (company matching contributions up to 4%).\nEmployee Referral Program\nMWH Constructors is a global project delivery company in heavy civil construction with a focus on water and wastewater treatment infrastructure.
