Job Description
Key Responsibilities:Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and/or live chat in a professional and timely mannerAssist with order processing, tracking, and returnsMaintain accurate customer records and update information in the systemWork closely with other departments (sales, logistics, and warehouse) to resolve customer issuesHandle complaints or product/service issues with empathy and efficiencyProvide product information and support to customers as neededEnsure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent serviceRequirements:Prior customer service experience preferredExcellent communication skills (verbal and written)Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detailComfortable using computers, order systems, and email toolsAbility to multitask and work in a fast-paced environmentMust have good attendance and be dependableBilingual skills are a plus, but not requiredLong-term position.Position hourly range is $21-$23 or negotiable.941 Mission Blvd, Suite L, Ontario CA 91762
