The Implementations Manager will report to the Sr. Manager, Implementations Services, and will be a key player in bringing our mission to life. Implementation Managers are responsible for driving product implementation, customer satisfaction, and customer growth across the government, commercial, education, and healthcare markets.\nThis is a customer-centric role where building strong relationships and using your technical background are the keys to successful product implementations. Our ideal candidate is a self-motivated problem solver with a strong desire to create champions of the Alertus solution.\nA Day in the Life:\nServe as a trusted partner and technical expert in the Alertus solution for our wide array of customers spanning the government, commercial, education, and healthcare markets.\nAct as the day-to-day lead for customer implementations\nDevelop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure delivery of customer goals and objectives\nDocument and blueprint configuration, best practices, use cases, value propositions, and other key learnings as Alertus grows and scales into new and emerging markets\nIndependently and collaboratively drive product adoption to increase product stickiness throughout the lifetime of the contract\nDeliver presentations and a premium training experience that inspires each user to utilize Alertus solutions\nAnalyze customer usage, develop strategies for customer improvement that align with the customer’s needs, and act on those plans to drive value independently or collaboratively with the team\nManage internal tasks and account maintenance duties (e.g. SalesForce, internal requests) to ensure activities are updated daily and deadlines are met\nProactively partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product Development, and Executive team members to address customer needs and drive account growth\nIdentify needs for customer education: develop collateral, conduct webinars, and create improved on-demand learning opportunities for our customer base\nRequired Skills & Abilities:\nAbility to travel to customer sites 20-30% of the time\nKnowledge in the fundamentals of servers, software, networking, and other data center technologies\nExperience implementing and troubleshooting hardware a plus\nDemonstrated experience in system deployment\nAbility to cultivate and nurture long-lasting relationships with customers\nA genuine curiosity for new and emerging technologies\nA strategic, innovative mindset\nEducation & Experience:\nBachelor’s Degree in an IT-based field or equivalent work experience\nCertifications such as A+, Network+, and PMP a plus\n2+ years of relevant experience\nAlertus Career Advantages:\nUnlimited Paid Time Off\nPaid Holidays\n401(k) Retirement Plan\nMedical, Dental, and Vision Plans\nShort-term Disability, Accident, Hospital, and Cancer Insurance\nLive Near Your Work Homebuying Incentive Program\nEmployee Referral Bonuses\nFlex Scheduling\n$60,000 - $84,000 a year\nThe referenced base salary range represents the low and high end of Alertus’ salary range for this position.
