Bilingual Recruiting Coordinator Temp-to-Hire Part-time Monday – Friday 11am-5pm What This Role Is All About As our Bilingual Recruiting Coordinator, you’ll be helping with the interview and hiring process for Dawson in Strasburg. We are the sole recruiting team for Kleen Test Products. You’ll be helping Job Seekers and feel welcome, supported, and taken care of from the moment they walk in or call. If you enjoy meeting new people, staying organized, and making someone’s day a little easier, this role is for you. What You’ll Be Doing Answering phones Deliver friendly, helpful service to job seekers Guiding Candidates through check-in and application process Assist with day-to-day HR tasks such as onboarding prep, document organization, candidate communication, and special projects to keep our people processes running smoothly. Keeping the front office clean, organized, and welcoming Jumping in to help with other administrative tasks when needed Who We are Looking for: Customer Service Experience Must be detail-oriented, organized, and able to multi-task Friendly and attentive Apply Now!
