Quality Technician Night Shift (12-hour, 3-2-2-3 schedule)

Key Responsibilities in this role: Conduct process/product audits and provide feedback to productionConduct product and component tests, using various lab equipmentOn-floor gage set-up/maintenance/repair/troubleshootingAdminister and maintain hold tag systemAssist production personnel in solving quality related issuesAssist Quality Engineers with new product launch/PPAP activitiesPerform R&R studies and other Measurement System Analysis StudiesMust be willing to work overtime on the opposite shiftQualifications:Must be able to operate a computerMust have working knowledge of Kurt, Microsoft Word and Microsoft ExcelAbility to operate and interpret measurement equipmentMust possess good math skillsAbility to read and interpret basic statistical date preferredMust have good communication skills, both oral and writtenPossess strong problem-solving skillsKnowledge of production process from multiple areas of the plant preferredMust have good attendance and a strong work recordRequires you have the ability to work 12-hour night shift (6 pm - 6 am) on our 3-2-2-3 schedule.
