This role will provide onsite/ on-call assistance to end-users within the organisation’s desktop computing environment in a timely and accurate fashion to ensure optimal service delivery.\nIT Skills and Experience\nDesired Experience:\nComputer OS/Peripherals troubleshooting\nHandling Different PC Operating Systems ( Windows 7/8 and 10)\nPerforming Hardware Software Installation ( understanding of deployment tools like SCCM)\nBasic knowledge of SOE and group policies\nPrinter support\nGood knowledge of MS Office tools installation & troubleshooting\nExcellent customer service and people skills\nField experience supporting a variety of technologies and services\nAdvanced technical abilities including solid troubleshooting skills applicable to Windows, Apple, and virtual operating systems\nAbility to manage time and resources to meet or exceed expectations in high-profile situations while maintaining professionalism under pressure\nWho You Are\nReliable transportation\nFlexible schedule and commitment to work on demand when required\nResilient and able to face and resolve conflicts.\nThe ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form with clients and end-users is compulsory.\nCustomer-oriented and cool-tempered.\nWorks well under pressure.Pro-active/Self-starter.Team player.\nPersonal Attributes:\nExcellent End-user computing skills.\nGood knowledge of Infrastructure support.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities\nWell-organized and extremely detail-oriented\nStrong customer service ethic and great communication skills, both oral and written\nPassionate about delivering quality no matter what you are doing\nCan work both independently and in a collaborative team-oriented environment\nA self-starter, motivated to push the limits and think outside of the box\nFondness for solutions that are simple, elegant, and effective\nAbility to work with and maintain confidential information\nIn-depth knowledge of:\nWindows OS (e.g. XP, Vista, Windows 7, 10)\nMicrosoft Office applications\nPC/Laptop hardware\nPC/Laptop peripherals, including printers\nMobile devices\nBasic knowledge of:\nActive Directory\nExchange\nApple OS\nSCCM\nIT Qualifications\nAt least one of the following:\nPC/Laptop OEM Maintenance Certification\nCompTIA A+ Certification\nMicrosoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) certification in the desktop area\nMicrosoft Office Specialist (MOS) Certification\nExperience in a similar role\n2+ years of relevant experience.\nReady to travel 10-20 Miles as per the requirement\nPerk & Benefits\nFlexible Work Arrangement (Rostering System)\nExperience an array of different IT projects/work cases\nBe your Own Boss!
