Responsibilities include lesson planning, implementing engaging curriculum, facilitating classroom activities, and fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment. The role requires effective communication with students and parents to support middle school students through meaningful teaching experiences in humanities subjects (English, history, or Bible). This is an on-site position located in Baton Rouge, LA.As a Christian school the successful candidate will be able to integrate Biblical principles into their teaching, demonstrating a commitment to Christian education and the development of the whole child.QualificationsProficiency in Lesson Planning and Curriculum DevelopmentExperience teaching Middle School studentsStrong Teaching and Communication skillsDedication to nurturing a positive and inclusive educational environmentBachelor’s degree in Education, Humanities, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus)Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and effectively communicate with parentsExperience in incorporating Christian values into teaching is a plus
