We are a Real Estate focused Private Equity firm with a successful 50+ year history. The current portfolio holds more than $1 billion in assets and is growing. Our investment strategy primarily focuses on value‑add acquisitions as well as ground‑up development and requires a self‑motivated team player who can help the company continue to grow its portfolio. The role will be a hybrid of portfolio management, investment analysis and corporate finance. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated, organized, diligent, creative, and focused self‑starter with a polished professional demeanor.\n\nPrimary Responsibilities\n\nDevelop and maintain complex financial models analyzing both asset specific and portfolio wide NOI, cashflow, and valuation.\n\nAssist with preparation and execution of property and partnership business plans.\n\nAssist with debt financing for acquisitions and refinances for existing partnerships.\n\nProvide ad hoc analysis and support for acquisitions, repositions, and dispositions.\n\nManage monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting requirements for internal stakeholders and investors.\n\nAct as a finance liaison between Leasing, Property Management, and Accounting to develop and improve upon internal processes and to ensure accurate and timely data.\n\nDevelop and maintain a financial ecosystem across multiple systems: SQL, PowerBI, Excel, ARGUS, & Yardi.\n\nReview property financials, rent rolls, and other related reports.\n\nProvide additional analytical support throughout the organization with an emphasis on accuracy and process improvement.\n\nQualifications\n\nHighly motivated, detail oriented, organized, diligent, creative, and focused self‑starter.\n\nMust have excellent Excel skills and be strongly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, etc.).\n\nGeneral computer proficiency and strong computer skills. Yardi, ARGUS, SQL, and VBA knowledge a plus.\n\nStrong analytical and problem‑solving skills.\n\nExhibit exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (Speaking, listening, and writing, which includes spelling and grammar accuracy).\n\nAbility to always maintain discretion and confidentiality.\n\nPolished and professional demeanor.\n\nEducation and Experience Requirements\n\nBachelor's Degree required, preferably Finance/Economics/Accounting.\n\nMinimum 1-3 years of analyst experience in Finance or related field.\n\nOther Information\n\nExempt position.\n\nSalary range $70,000 to $85,000 annually, and the final salary depends on experience and skills.\n\nPaid Time Off\n\nCompany Paid Holidays\n\nNot a supervisory role.\n\nFull time position, Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm.\n\nMust legally be allowed to work in the U.S.\n\nFull-time employees are eligible to participate in company benefits.\n\nEqual Opportunity Employer.\n\nOther Duties\nPlease note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
