Front Desk Agent
*Job Summary* As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for guests at our hotel. Your role is crucial in creating a positive guest experience from check-in to check-out. *Responsibilities* - Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with information about services and amenities - Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently - Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally - Operate the hotel phone system and direct calls to the appropriate department - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area - Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction *Experience* - Previous experience in a guest service role is preferred - Knowledge of hotel operations and hospitality industry practices - Familiarity with phone etiquette and handling guest relations - Experience with night audit procedures is a plus - Multilingual abilities are advantageous for interacting with diverse guests
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.67 - $21.35 per hour
