This role is ideal for a proactive professional with experience in electrical systems, project coordination, and contractor oversight. The Implementation Manager will serve as a key liaison between project stakeholders, ensuring smooth execution, safety compliance, and quality assurance across multiple initiatives.\nKey Responsibilities\nCoordinate with vendor teams to ensure timely and compliant execution of electrical and infrastructure projects.\nAct as the primary point of contact for project updates, documentation, and quality assurance.\nSupport project execution through remote monitoring, documentation review, and virtual collaboration tools.\nInterpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and project schedules to support planning and execution.\nMaintain accurate records, including photographic documentation and system updates.\nParticipate in virtual planning meetings, kickoff sessions, and coordination calls.\nEnsure all safety protocols, permits, and training requirements are verified prior to project initiation.\nCollaborate with internal teams and external partners to maintain project timelines and deliverables.\nManage a dynamic portfolio of projects, typically overseeing one active project at a time with a broader view of 5-20 projects over the contract period.\nWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
