The normal work schedule is Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4pm.

Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company goals and compliance standards
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and resolve workplace issues effectively
Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and engagement
Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
Support management in workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational development initiatives
Promote a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, diversity, and inclusion
Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial manufacturing environments
Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity
Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Bachelor's degree Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certification is a plus
Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
