At Naked Diablo, we are committed to creating meaningful experiences that celebrate quality, adventure, and ambition in every pour and every story.Role DescriptionNaked Diablo Tequila is seeking a Chicago Off-Premise Sales Representative to drive retail distribution, shelf presence, and depletion velocity across liquor stores, grocery, and chain accounts.This role is responsible for ensuring Naked Diablo is visible, available, and consistently selling at retail, with a focus on repeat purchase behavior, not just placement.Core MissionBuild and scale retail velocity across Chicago by:Expanding distribution in priority accountsDriving shelf placement and visibilityEnsuring strong reorder cycles and depletion performanceTurning retail accounts into consistent volume enginesKey ResponsibilitiesRetail Account DevelopmentOpen and expand accounts across Binny’s, Mariano’s, Jewel-Osco, and key independentsBuild strong relationships with store managers and category buyersSecure new placements and expand SKU presence where appropriateExecution & MerchandisingEnsure product is correctly placed, priced, and stockedDrive endcaps, shelf positioning, and secondary displaysMaintain high execution standards across all retail accountsSampling & Trial GenerationExecute in-store tastings and sampling programsDrive trial-to-purchase conversion at point of salePartner with stores on promotional activity and seasonal campaignsVelocity ManagementTrack depletion rates and reorder cycles per accountIdentify high-performing stores and double down on themAddress slow-moving accounts quickly and strategicallyDistributor CollaborationWork closely with distributor reps to ensure execution alignmentFeed actionable account-level feedback to improve sell-throughPush distributor prioritization through demonstrated velocityIdeal Candidate2–6+ years in off-premise spirits, wine, or high-growth CPG salesStrong relationships with Chicago retail buyers and store managersExperience in chain retail and independent liquor store environmentsStrong execution discipline and attention to detail in-storeComfortable working independently in a field-based role
